Center for Couple and Family Therapy

A counseling alternative at FSU for anyone seeking help with relationships and parenting (reduced fee for students but open to the community).

Center for Health Advocacy & Wellness (CHAW)

Research-based wellness services and health programs on nutrition, body image, sexual relationships, and substance use/addiction recovery.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

CAPS offers enrolled students free and confidential personal counseling, support groups, telemental health hervices, and telephone crisis support. Call 850-644-TALK (8255) any time.

Department of Psychology Clinics

FSU’s Department of Psychology provides mental health services through three clinics: The Psychology Clinic is a mental health service, training, and research center; the Anxiety and Behavioral Health clinic, which focuses on the prevention and treatment of anxiety-related problems; and the Children's Learning Clinic, which provides evaluation and treatment for children and families in the context of a research study.

Student Health Insurance

FSU requires all domestic full time, main campus students and all International students with F or J visa types to show proof of health insurance coverage. Learn about costs and plan options here. Graduate assistants, review your eligiblity for a subsidy.

When you are not well, make this appointment-based system your first stop. Call or use the online portal to make an appointment. Additional health services, such as immunizations and prescriptions, are also offered.
