About

The Graduate Student Resource Center (GSRC) site presents valuable resources and information to support graduate student success and provides academic and professional development to graduate students. The Center is part of FSU’s Quality Enhancement Plan dedicated to enhancing doctoral education.

The GSRC also provides doctoral candidates with annual travel funding for conferences and events. Apply on our website to receive up to $500 for attending and up to $1000 for presenting at eligible conferences and creative events.

The GSRC develops academic and professional development workshops on topics like academic writing, mentoring, and time management. We also collaborate with campus partners to offer workshops on job search and graduate student well-being. If you would like the GSRC to provide a workshop for your department or a registered student organization, learn more and complete the form on our Outreach page.

Every September, the GSRC hosts the Graduate Student Resource Fair, which brings together more than 20 campus and community resources. The fair provides students with an opportunity to learn about services available to them, make meaningful connections, and ask important questions.
